We're parents who spent too many seasons guessing. Sideline Guideline is the resource we wished existed when we were trying to find the right team, the right club, and most of all, the right coach for our kids.
Like a lot of soccer families, we started out chasing logos and tryout flyers. We hopped clubs. We took the "best" offer on the table. We learned the hard way that a club's reputation and a coach's day-to-day behavior are not the same thing.
We struggled to find an honest path - somewhere to hear from other parents about which coaches actually develop kids, who communicates, who respects the family on the other side of the sideline. Most of what we found was either marketing or anonymous venting. Neither helped us choose.
So we built Sideline Guideline. The goal is simple: give parents in North Texas a clear, respectful place to share what they've experienced with coaches, so the next family doesn't have to start from zero. Development. Communication. Culture. Three things that matter long after a season ends.
We're not here to take down coaches or stir up team drama. We're here to lift up the ones who are doing it right and to help parents make confident, informed decisions for their kids' soccer journey.
Real parent reviews. No marketing spin, no PR scrub.
About coaching, never about kids. No personal attacks.
Three categories that actually matter to families.
Share your honest experience. It helps the next family.
